Sporting a black and white muscle tank, the fitness trainer looked to be relishing in fatherhood, beaming in the snap.
The post comes shortly after Sam shared a boomerang clip to his Instagram Story, of little Willow at bath time.

October saw Bachelor couple Snezana and Sam welcome their first child together, Willow Wendy Wood.
Snezana, 37, is also a proud mother to daughter Eve, 12, from a previous relationship.
A video shared to Facebook at the time showed Sam overcome with emotion: ‘This is Willow Wendy Wood. And she’s pretty damn perfect.

The pair planned to tie the knot in a lavish European wedding in mid-2017, however the nuptials were put on hold due to Willow’s arrival.
Snezana told NW magazine: ‘We feel like we’re married already….it’ll be great to have both our little girls there.’
