Samantha Armytage has lashed out at badly-behaved tourists after a recent spate of negative headlines on troublesome holiday-makers.

The television star wrote in her column for Stellar Magazine this week that life is easier than ever – and she doesn’t understand why travellers have reason to complain.

‘Humans have never been so lucky – or spoilt. I know the world is in a total mess (of our own making), but in terms of standard of living, medicine and communication, there’s never been a better time to be alive’ she wrote.

‘The toughest thing we’ve ever had to wrap our heads around is why Boomers carpeted over their precious floorboards or thought smoking and sun-baking were good for them’ Sam continued.

‘And now, we can get any fact, outfit, ride or food just by pressing a few buttons on the devices in our pockets.

‘Literally, life has never been easier. So why is it that people are so difficult and destructive these days?’

Sam has a personal state in the behaviour of tourists after she plugged her NSW coastal home for rent on social media, one month after she slashed the ‘for sale’ price.

She posted several professional photos of the Hymans Beach property on her Instagram Stories and grid on this month.

‘Starting to think about your beach holiday this summer?’ the former breakfast host  wrote in the caption.

The Farmer Wants A Wife host, 47, has had the three-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront property on the market since last December.

The television veteran purchased the beach house for $1.8million in 2018 and has done extensive renovation work on it in the years since.

Samantha advertised the Jervis Bay home for $3.2million eight months ago, but the property has yet to sell.

According to the listing on realestate.com.au, the range Armytage was now looking to sell for in August was between $2.5-$3million.

The house ‘is under new management’ as a holiday rental she noted in her advertisement posts and tagged family-owned and operated holiday rental company Latitude.

It’s now listed amongst amongst the website’s stable of properties on the South Coast of New South Wales.

Samantha has previously rented the property out via AirBnB on a more informal basis, but this move to outsource the rental management to an external company indicates she doesn’t intend to sell it anytime soon.

The glamorous TV presenter lives in the Southern Highlands and often promotes stays in the stunning waterfront home, which sits on 658sqm and sleeps six.

Perfect for an idyllic break, the property is available as a short-term holiday rental for a staggering $1200 per night, with a three-night minimum stay.

The property boasts stunning nature views and is just a short walk from the iconic Hyams Beach and other local amenities.

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms are spread across the two-stories.

The home’s gorgeous architecture, exquisite design and desirable location make it the perfect property for couples and families.
