Samantha Armytage has hinted that there might be love coming into her life after her split from Richard Lavender.
The Channel Nine star, 48, took to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday to remark that the universe was sending her a poignant ‘sign’ about love.
She shared a photograph of her finished coffee cup, with the latte milk art having formed the shape of a love heart at the bottom of her mug.
In a caption, she penned: ‘When there’s a lovely little sign from the universe,’ alongside side eye and white love heart emojis.
Her cheeky remark comes just weeks after Samantha and her husband Richard, 61, went their separate ways on the eve of their fourth wedding anniversary.
The couple first started dating in April 2019 and went on to tie the knot at Richard’s 40-hectare Southern Highlands property on New Year’s Eve in 2020.

But last month, sources revealed their split exclusively to Daily Mail Australia, with Samantha then confirming that they had ‘amicably’ parted ways.
‘Yes Richard and I have separated. All breakups are hard, but it’s somewhat lessened by the fact it’s amicable and we wish the best for each other,’ Samantha told the media.
‘I appreciate you respecting our privacy. I won’t be making any further comment.’
It is understood that Samantha’s television presenter friends had been comforting the star behind the scenes for some time before news of their split was first made public.
Samantha and equestrian businessman Richard had been last sighted together on September 5, when they arrived back at Sydney Airport following a trip to Noosa.
Samantha is no longer followed on Instagram by Richard’s two daughters, Sascha and Grace, although the former couple still follow each other.
Before news of their separation emerged, Samantha had penned a candid column for Stellar in which she referenced the many changes in her life she was dealing with.
‘All of a sudden, everything is changing: hair colour, waistlines, sleep patterns, pelvic floors, skin texture, friends, colleagues, houses, jargon, clothing styles,’ she wrote.

Though she was talking about her major career change, Samantha went on to speak about ‘loving’ and ‘losing’ in a poignant segment.
‘I’ve loved and lost. I’ve laughed and cried,’ she penned.
‘I’m stronger, yet more vulnerable. I have learnt discernment, acceptance and patience (to a degree).’
Samantha quit Channel Seven after 21 years with the network late last year in a huge career shake-up.
The former Farmer Wants A Wife host then sensationally moved over to rival network Nine and has taken on duties as a summer stand-in host on the Today Show.
She will also be the host of Nine’s brand new dating series The Golden Bachelor when it comes to air later this year.
The upcoming series is based on a popular American show of the same name and features people over 60 looking to find their second chance at love.
