San Francisco 49ers fans fight each other in the stands of Levi’s Stadium in shocking video from Rams loss

In a weird analogy for how the San Francisco 49ers season has gone compared to expectations, several fans of the team fought each other in the stands of Levi’s Stadium during Thursday night’s loss to the Los Angeles Rams.

What started the fight is unclear, nor is when it took place during the game in Santa Clara.

The video starts with multiple fights going on at once with one of the two scuffles seeing one man wearing black in a poncho throwing haymakers at another fan who is crouched over a row of seats.

The person taking those huge punches does stand up looking hurt but not all that worse for wear.

The other fracas, which involves at least five people, is still in melee mode when the other half breaks up.

Fans in a red Patrick Willis jersey and black Deebo Samuel gear are tied together and need a few other combatants to be separated.

A female fan inserts herself and starts pushing down on the head of the Willis jersey-wearing supporter.

When the woman’s attempt to break the man’s neck is over, a third bout is already underway.

Several fans a few rows down have started trading punches with the poncho-donned man back in the action.

Throughout the video, fans surrounding the fights can be heard yelling at everyone throwing punches to stop, to no avail.

Stadium security also does not appear once in the entire video.

The 49ers are 6-8 with three games left in the regular season after taking last season’s Super Bowl to overtime.

San Francisco could be mathematically eliminated from postseason contention this weekend, a far cry from where the franchise stood, on the brink of a title 10 months ago. And 49ers fans in the stands appear beyond frustrated.
