Sarah Harris has been caught out in an awkward moment after the cameras were left rolling during an ad break on Studio 10.
The TV presenter, who is currently isolating at her Sydney home after her co-host Tristan MacManus tested positive for Covid-19, was outed by her colleagues for working out in her living room over Zoom.
Entertainment reporter Angela Bishop and former Bachelor Matty J Johnson addressed the workout clip that was caught on camera.

‘It’s good to see you’ve been productive while stuck at home,’ Angela told Sarah. ‘We caught you busting a move in the ad break yesterday.’
They then played the clip, which showed Sarah exercising in her living room and following a dance class by EmKFit on YouTube.
While she was exercising, the Chicken Dance song was heard playing in the background.

‘I call that the funky chicken,’ Sarah amusingly said in response.
‘That was for only the enjoyment of the control room and studio because you guys are doing such a great job,’ she continued.
After explaining the source of the dance class, the TV host said that the workout put her ‘in a better headspace’ after being stuck in isolation for days.
‘What a shame Sarah that dancing is not allowed at the moment in New South Wales because you are primed and ready after you leave iso,’ Matty chimed in cheerfully.

‘Yeah daggy mum dancing, I’m sure my boys will be absolutely mortified to see that, but hey, I feed good after it,’ Sarah replied.
The trio were then given a humorous demonstration of the ‘booty shake’ by Studio 10 reporter Daniel Doody, who proceeded to bend low and do a dance in the middle of the room as Sarah followed his lead.
Angela then quipped at the end: ‘Takes me back to the olden days when you’d wake up earlier on Channel 10 and watch your fitness shows.’
