Studio 10’s Sarah Harris, 37, has never been shy to speak candidly about the realities of motherhood.

And on Sunday, the beloved presenter revealed the surprising sacrifice she had to make after welcoming sons Paul, four, and Harry, one – her potty mouth.

Speaking to The Herald Sun on Sunday, she said: ‘I do have a potty mouth, but you have to clean up your act when you have children.’

‘They are sponges and when they start using the f-word in context at preschool you know you are in trouble,’ she admitted.

Insisting that she’s improved her language these days, Sarah added: ‘That is a flaw in my character that I am working on.’

The witty blonde previously made headline for speaking openly about her addiction to Diet Coke, having even turned to hypnotherapy in a bid to kick the habit.

Sarah enlisted the help of emotional intelligence expert Daniel Tolson during a segment on Studio 10 last Wednesday.

In an attempt to shake her habit, Daniel asked her to associate the fizzy drink with a vomiting episode from when she was 18-years-old and drank too much Bourbon.

‘We need a bit of a juicy story to understand how her mind encodes diet coke,’ the hypnotist explained to the show’s studio audience.

Sarah was later instructed to drink a can of Diet Coke while keeping that story in mind.

‘As you bring it up I want you to feel that horrible vomiting taste,’ he said.

Although appearing slightly unconvinced about the effectiveness of his technique, Sarah praised her guest for his work with other clients.

The former on-the-road reporter has also previously kicked another unhealthy habit in the form of chain-smoking.

She told Body and Soul she kicked the habit in February 2016 following the birth of her first child Paul.
