The former SAS Australia contestant looked happy and healthy makeup free, and had her blonde locks tied up in a a ponytail.

Before filming the first season of the military-style show last year, Ali had to spend 14 days in hotel quarantine.

But despite being without a gym, she still kept up her fitness regimen.

She honed her body with a rigorous exercise routine, which included three types of ab exercises.

She challenged herself with everything from boxing to burpees, focusing on movements that required little to no equipment.

The gruelling plan also saw her spend an hour walking around her room with a 20kg bag strapped to her back, which helped her build strength and muscle tone.

During quarantine, Ali abstained from alcohol but still indulged in a chocolate brownie after a dinner of ‘fresh, healthy food’ each night.

The reality star took good care of her mental health, shunning television in favour of journalling and meditating ‘morning and night’.

She passed the time by chatting with friends over the phone and allowed herself to feel every emotion that washed over her rather than suppress them.

Ali said she was ‘crying every day, wrapping myself in a blanket and just being miserable, focusing on going slow, being grateful every day and remaining present’.

At the time, she had just split from her boyfriend Taite Radley.
