Scarlett Johansson works alongside a stunt double on set of her upcoming film in GA

Scarlett Johansson was seen working alongside her buff stunt double on the set of her upcoming new film,  Project Artemis, in Savannah, Georgia on Monday afternoon.

While filming a dramatic scene, in which she sported a figure-hugging yellow dress and a short curly blonde wig, the 38-year-old actress drove a vintage Camaro to an appliance store, then got out of the vehicle to throw a trash can through a storefront window.

After shattering the glass, the Black Widow actress and her stunt double, who was dressed in the same frock and similar sunglasses, were seen chatting away between takes. 

The mother-of-two, who welcomed her son Cosmo with husband Colin Jost just last year, seemed amused by her  double’s resemblance as she checked him out from behind. 

While details about the movie, in which she stars alongside Channing Tatum, are being kept tightly under wraps, it is rumored to be about the space race. 

Filming begun six months after Jason Bateman, who was originally slated to direct, left the project over creative differences.

Deadline reported that the decision between Bateman and the film’s production company These Pictures was an amicable one, and that the sides could work again if the right project was to arise. 

Chris Evans was initially due to co-star with Scarlett but was replaced by Tatum in July due to a scheduling conflict with Evans’ other projects, Pain Hustlers and Big Red One.

Apple in March paid more than $100 million to acquire the motion picture, which was penned by screenwriter Rose Gilroy, who is the daughter of writer-filmmaker Dan Gilroy and actress Rene Russo, Deadline previously reported.

Bateman recently finished making the last season of his Netflix hit Ozark.

The failed collaboration between Evans and Johansson comes as the performers had hoped to work with one another in the wake of their work of the Avengers series.

The entertainers had been slated to work with one another on the forthcoming film Ghosted, but Johansson left the movie due to scheduling issues and was replaced by Ana de Armas.

Johansson is working with Apple on a film called Bride, which will be directed by Academy Award winner Sebastián Lelio. The movie is in development at this point, according to the outlet.

Apple purchased the highly-anticipated movie in a deal brokered by CAA, the outlet reported. The studio in the past year has spent big on prestige projects ranging from a Formula 1 film Brad Pitt will star in, and Argylle, a spy thriller from director Matthew Vaughn featuring Bryce Dallas Howard, Henry Cavill and Bryan Cranston.

Apple earlier this year collected an Oscar for Best Picture for the movie CODA, marking the first time a movie a streaming service distributed achieved the honor.
