Comedian and South Shields native Chris asked: ‘What was the moment where you realised this [your life] has gone mega now?’

To which Scarlett admitted: ‘like when I go for Sunday dinner with Ant & Dec! We just go for Sunday dinner casually, and they text me!’.

Scarlett has made no secret of her admiration for the presenting duo, having previously declared they’re ‘amazing’ mentors to her as she began her broadcasting career.

Speaking to MailOnline, the Durham native discussed how the Geordie duo have filled her with confidence after they approached her following her Jungle win for their series Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway.

The brunette beauty – who first shot to fame on MTV’s Beauty School Cop Out – admitted that their sage advice has meant the world to her as she carves out a career in presenting, adding that because of their support she’s evolved as a person.

‘They are so amazing,’ she gushed. ‘They’re genuinely amazing people. They give me the best advice and are always there if I need them. The best advice they’ve ever given me is to be me. I don’t think they knew how much that meant to me.’

Continuing: ‘I think it was the first episode and the fact that they came to me, it’s a huge show to ad lib live on TV that gave me so much confidence.

‘And the fact they tell me all the time to “Keep being you”, that filled me with confidence and I feel like I’m a completely different person to last year.

Co-host Phil noticed her other half Lee looking sheepish: ‘Have you noticed that your boyfriend is particularly quiet?’ To which Chris answered: ‘Well this sex doll looks like the perfect hunk so you’ve done well!’

Scarlett is said to have started seeing Durham based Lee – who trains college students – over Christmas, but have known each other for a decade.

The former I’m A Celebrity winner looked more besotted than ever with Lee as she confirmed their romance with an Instagram snap earlier this month.

Cuddling up to the beefcake for the camera, she wrote to her 1.7 million followers: ‘love this one… love a night in Newcastle #datenight’.

The Chris Ramsey Show will premiere on Comedy Central UK on Wednesday 28th February at 10pm
