Shocking video captures the moment a woman was dragged into the middle of a busy road during a rabid street fight.
The disturbing clip shows two women scrapping on the pavement before one of them falls over and begins kicking out at her attacker.
While she tries to defend herself the other woman grabs her and pulls her out into the middle of a busy main road – as traffic is held up in both directions.
The disturbing footage of the two women scrapping was captured on Merry Street in Motherwell, North Lanarkshire.
It is not known exactly when the incident occurred, but the footage was circulated online on Sunday.
The footage was posted to Youtube with the caption ‘Motherwell b**** fight’ and has over 300 views.
The clip begins outside of Equi’s, an ice cream shop on Merry Street, and the two women can be seen screaming and shouting at each other.
Both are throwing their arms in the air before one of the women, wearing a white top, begins to chase the other, wearing black, down the street.
The woman in white appears to lunge at the other woman from behind as they scrap in front of baffled onlookers waiting for a bus.

Then moments later the woman in black can be seen lying on the ground between two cars parked in front of a Pizza Hut.
She kicks out to protect herself as the woman in white attempts to land a series of punches to her head.
When that doesn’t appear to work, the woman in white grabs the other woman by her legs and drags her out into the middle of a busy road.
Within seconds a black Renault appears and begins to beep at the pair, and another car follows shortly behind. Both have to stop and wait while passerby’s try to break up the fight.

Traffic begins to build up on the other side of the road while the two women continue to scream at each other indistinguishably and a man tries to separate them.
As the woman wearing black tries to stand up, the other woman continues attacking her – and the man has to stand in between them to get them to stop.
The pair continue to shout at each other as they head back to the pavement and pick up their scattered belongings on the way.
It is not clear what the argument was about, but one woman can be heard shouting ‘You f****** idiot’ as the clip ends.
