He seems to be enjoying the heatwave currently hitting Los Angeles.

And Sean Penn was all-smiles as he stepped out with a gorgeous mystery woman in the Point Dume area of Malibu on Saturday afternoon. 

The 57-year-old actor sported a wide grin on his face as he walked through the Point Dume Plaza parking lot alongside the blonde beauty.

Penn was casually clad for the afternoon wearing a pair of dark jeans and a crisp white T-shirt. 

He aired out his feet a bit as brown flip flops peered out from underneath his loose-fitting trousers.

And despite the nearly 100-degree temperatures at the beach-side community, his female friend looked happy to be by his side.  

The young blonde was spotted showing off her tanned legs in a pair of denim shorts and rocked a small maroon-hued shirt.

On her feet were a pair of crisp, white tennis shoes and she appeared to be carrying a pack of cigarettes. 

The two wandered Point Dume Plaza—a posh shopping center just two miles from Zuma Beach. 

Penn’s son Hopper Penn recently resolved a drug charge in Nebraska. 

Hopper, 24, was arrested back in April for possession of marijuana and mushrooms, according to USA Today. He pleaded no contest and was required to pay a $1,000 fine.

His girlfriend Uma Von Wittkamp was also arrested.  

Sean shares his son Hopper and daughter Dylan, 27, with ex-wife and actress Robin Wright. 

Penn was also formerly married to Madonna from 1985-1989. 

The Milk star was last linked to actor Vincent D’Onofrio’s daughter, Leila George, 26.
