A Seattle couple with a two-week-old baby in the car were brutally attacked by a mob of homeless people before running over and killing one of the men during their escape, according to reports.

The wild July 29 altercation was caught on video, which was obtained by KIRO-7 News and published Friday.

It shows the couple in a bare-knuckles brawl with several men and women from a homeless encampment, who were seen in the video using a machete, large pieces of wood, heavy sticks and rocks.

Before the fighting began, the baby’s mom goes into the back seat and appears to check on the baby before going fisticuffs with a homeless woman for about 30 seconds.

The fight pitters out, and she returns to the back seat with the baby.

At that point, more than a half dozen homeless people surrounded the couple’s car and swung their weapons at the windows and smashed the glass as they made their escape.

They hit the back windshield and backseat windows several times, endangering the child.

The driver is seen peeling out with his door still open, circling around and smashing into a graffiti-covered shed.

They were sitting ducks momentarily, and several people from the homeless encampment hurled rocks at them.

The driver backed up and sped forward, crashing head-on into one of the men, who  was plastered to the hood of the car and then sucked underneath.

The driver kept going and crushed the 30-year-old man to death.

He was later identified as Zachery J Reou.

They went to the encampment because they found their stolen shoes and Bluetooth speaker. The violence unfolded after they took them back to their car, KIRO-7 News reported.

‘It’s incredibly frustrating to feel like your things are right there and want to say, “That’s mine. Give it back,'” Casey McNerthney, a spokesperson for the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, told the Seattle Times. ‘But it rarely works out well.’

To date, the couple hasn’t been identified or arrested. Prosecutors said they don’t expect them to be charged with a crime.

Meanwhile, two members of the encampment have been taken into custody: John Henry Rosser IV, 39, and Mario J. Miller, 53.

Miller is a 12-time felon in Washington and California, and Rosser is a nine-time felon, KIRO-7 reported.
