Second Peeping Tom invades ‘cursed’ set of new James Bond film as man slides hand under cubicle toilet partition to film shocked woman

  • Latest Peeping Tom to hit Pinewood Studios is alleged to have filmed the victim
  • She ran out of the toilet screaming but security were too slow and he got away

A second Peeping Tom has invaded the ‘cursed’ set of the new James Bond film, after a man is alleged to have slid his hand under a cubicle toilet to film a woman.

The latest peeper is now being hunted by police after the incident occurred at the Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire, where Daniel Craig is filming Bond 25.

The victim fled the toilets screaming and alerted security staff, however, by the time they managed to get to the scene the man had fled.

A second police investigation has now been launched after it was discovered in June that a recording device had been hid in the women’s toilets.

The 007 set has been plagued by worries and the recent spate of Peeping Toms has only heightened security concerns.

The next instalment of the 57-year-old British spy franchise began filming at the studios in April this year.

Filming was meant to start on December 3, 2018, but was pushed back when director Danny Boyle pulled out of production over disagreements caused by the ‘radical’ direction of his script.

The set was hit be a devastating explosion just two months ago and sources have now said that the Peeping Toms can only be people who have access to the building.

Speaking to The Sun, a source said: ‘The woman chased after him and shouted at people to stop him but he got away.

The curse of the bond set

As the second allegation of Peeping Toms at the Pinewood Studios come to light, we take a look at the other issues the studio has had.

Earlier this month, three explosions at the studio went off – causing it to go into ‘complete lockdown’ .

After this Peter Hartley was arrested when a recording device was found – just hours after Prince Charles visited the studios.

In August last year director Danny Boyle quit.

Since then sources have said there have been constant arguments about screen play.

In April the production still didn’t have a title.

In May, Daniel Craig had to have surgery on his ankle after slipping when he was out running

‘All the crew are looking at each other and wondering who is the creep, some of the women are terrified of using the toilets and going in pairs.

‘It can only be someone who has access to the studios as you need a pass to get in and that’s what makes it worse, that it’s one of your colleagues.

‘Signs have gone up asking people to be on the lookout and security are patrolling the toilets more frequently.

‘Once is bad enough but to have two cases of Peeping Toms in just over a month is really worrying.’

In late June, one man, Peter Hartley, 49, was arrested when a recording device was found just hours after Prince Charles visited the set and met Daniel Craig and other cast members.

Since then Hartley has been charged with voyeurism.

In a statement Pinewood said: Pinewood said: ‘Safety and security are of paramount importance.

‘We reported the incident immediately to the police and have shared details of a suspect who has now been banned from site.’
