Wearing a sheer top that hinted at superbly toned abs, Naomie Harris sparkled on the red carpet recently.

The 41-year-old Bafta-winning actress says she was ‘quite lazy and never really exercised at all’ before her role as Miss Moneypenny in the James Bond film Skyfall. 

Now, she does yoga, running and circuit training, as well as Gyrotonic, a dance-based form of yoga.

Place your hands lightly at the sides of your head and raise your shoulders off the floor. 

Contract your abdominals and slowly lower your legs to 45 degrees to the floor, keeping feet flexed. 

Return to the start and repeat 12 times. Perform two to three sets.
