WHAT TO TRY
– A raised push-up is good for arms. Position your hands on the floor over shoulder-width apart and in line with your chest.
– Raise your feet behind you onto a step or sofa. Engage stomach muscles. Bend arms to lower yourself towards the floor — your nose should almost touch the ground.
– Straighten the elbows and raise yourself back to the start position.
– Repeat to exhaustion and rest for 45 seconds. Perform four sets.
