Sex toy featured on Married At First Sight continues to sell out

Sex toy featured on Married At First Sight continues to fly off shelves – as $3000 doll from the same company also sells out for a surprising reason

Married At First Sight has sent the sale of sex toys soaring.

Adam Lea, the marketing manager for adult retailer Wild Secrets, has revealed that the company’s Enchant Rabbit has continued to fly off shelves since being featured on the show in February.

Wild Secrets has also sold out of their busty $3000 sex doll, called ‘Donna’, after drivers began using the toy for an unusual reason – to access the Eastern Freeway’s fast lane.

‘This has never happened in the company’s 30-year history,’ Lea told The Herald Sun.

‘The reason behind this sudden spike in sales, all of which are in Melbourne, seems to be as travel partners for people using the Eastern Freeway.

‘The awful traffic on the Eastern has resulted in a coup for us. People are buying dolls so they can use the much faster transit lane.’

The company’s sex toys first saw a spike in sales they were featured during Intimacy Week on Married At First Sight.

The couples were given a ‘goodie bag’ of toys and instructed to use them by the show’s resident sexologist Alessandra Rampolla.

The online store was forced to airfreight in extra product to meet the overwhelming customer demand, Lea told Daily Mail Australia.

The most popular toy that featured on MAFS was the Enchant Rabbit, which has now completely sold out in Australia.

The pleasuring device has 10 suction functions for clitoral stimulation and three vibration speeds for its adjustable internal arm.

The toys, including a 13.8 inch ‘Vibrating Wand Massager’, were introduced for the couples to explore their sexuality.

The men weren’t left out either with a vibrating c**k ring worth $56 included in the goodie bag to provide an enhanced sensory experience.

Alessandra praised the benefits of incorporating toys into a healthy sex life during Intimacy Week.

‘This toy is an integration. This is for inside and out. It’s very arousing. You will discover things about yourself,’ she said of the Enchant Rabbit.

Several of the brides expressed shock, and the men were equally flummoxed when the sexpert suggested they explore anal stimulation.

‘All erotic zones are valid. We all have backsides. Men and women. That pleasure is the same. It doesn’t have to include penetration,’ Alessandra said.

‘There’s a variety of ways that you can include anal play, if you’re both comfortable.’
