In what is widely being regarded as the greatest comeback in football history, Barca had been 4-0 down following the first leg in the French capital.

Three relatively early goals had whipped the hosts’ Nou Camp stadium into a fervor, but when PSG pulled the score back to 3-1 on the night the Spanish club needed another three to avoid going out on the away goals rule.

With the score unchanged in the 88th minute, their task appeared impossible, but two quickfire Neymar goals set up a grandstand finish, which was capped when Roberto fired home with almost the last touch of the match.

Hilarious video footage shows Romero describing the build-up, and when the ball hits the back of the net he embarks on a passion-fuelled celebration down the microphone.

‘Gol! Gol! Gol! Gol! Gol! Gol!’ he repeatedly screams, taking absolutely no time to stop and breath.

At this point his co-commentators, both of whom are dressed in Barcelona shirts, dive on him.
