The notorious ladies’ man has been caught sending flirty Tinder messages to a much younger woman in London, Daily Mail Australia can exclusively reveal.

In a series of cringeworthy leaked exchanges, the 49-year-old former cricketer asks: ‘I’m in need of some naughty fun – wanna play?’

The DMs were sent between June and August, when the woman who had matched with Shane on Tinder decided to end contact.

The young professional that Shane was chatting to on the dating app was rather surprised by how flirtatious he was.

‘It sounds like he does this regularly,’ she told Daily Mail Australia on Friday.

The conversations between Shane and the woman, who is in her mid-twenties, began after they matched on June 6.

‘Hello, you look amazing. Are you Australian? I love the accent!’ she wrote.

Shane, who is understood to be single, replied: ‘Yes, I’m Australian! P.S. Awwww, thank you. Looks like we’re close.’

It appears their conversation didn’t get very far, however, and there was a period of almost two months before the ex-sportsman tried to reconnect.

Shane’s last message from August 7, which received no reply, read: ‘Hello stranger! How are you? Hope all [is] awesome your way and you’re killing it.

‘I’m in need of some naughty fun – want to play?’

The woman told Daily Mail Australia that Shane’s flirty messages surprised her because her Tinder profile was ‘very demure’ and she was looking for a long-term relationship. 

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Shane’s management for comment. 

Shane, who is considered one of the greatest bowlers in the history of cricket, has previously admitted to using Tinder.

He’s even claimed that women are surprised to discover it is really him on the dating app and not an impostor.
