The yoga goddess is said to have purchased the property, located in the affluent coastal suburb of Brighton, for $2.4 million in April 2017.
The 48-year-old ex-wife of the notorious ladies’ man appears to be adding some major upgrades to the seaside abode, including a second storey and interior modifications.

In May 2017, Simone sold her five-bedroom home in Brighton, Victoria, for a profitable sum of the higher end of $3 million.
The former model had purchased the lavish four-bathroom family home in July 2014 for $2.6 million, according to Domain.
Simone, who split from cricketer Shane in 2007, sold the French-inspired house last year, two weeks before it was scheduled to be auctioned.
