Milan Fashion Week’s Spring/Summer 2024 showcase kicked off in style on Tuesday, with some of the industry’s biggest names heading to the Fendi Show to see its latest range of looks.
Leading the glamorous arrivals was Shanina Shaika, who showed off her famous model physique in a tight nude mini dress, teamed with knee-high black leather boots.
The Australian fashion star showed off her chic sense of style in the fitted knitted mini dress, teamed with a ruched neckline, and accessorised her look with a matching taupe bag.
Amelia Gray Hamlin also displayed her casual fashion sense in a white crop top, teamed with an oversized black jacket.
The model accessorised her look with loose-fitting black jeans and black boots, showcasing her effortless fashion sense as she arrived for the show.

Milan Fashion Week will run from Tuesday, September 17, to Monday, September 23, and will feature a total 57 shows and 69 presentations.
Some of the biggest names in the industry are expected to showcase their latest looks, including Prada, Gucci, Bottega Veneta, Emporio Armani and Versace.
Noticeable absentees include Giorgio Armani, who instead unveiled their newest range in New York, and Tom Ford, which will hold a presentation instead of a show, following the departure of Peter Hawkings and in anticipation of new creative director Haider Ackermann’s AW25 debut.
Speaking about the upcoming range of shows, Vogue Italia contributor Giorgia Feroldi told Vogue Business: ‘Being in Milan during fashion week always means having very little time to rest and process what you’ve seen, as it’s always the most packed calendar out of the ”big four”.’
‘But with less big debuts ahead and a day added to the schedule in search of some relief, the mood feels slightly more relaxed compared to other seasons. I hope this can benefit younger designers.’
Moschino’s Adrian Appiolaza will present his second womenswear collection for the house, after a well-received menswear show in June.
Brigitte Chartrand, VP of womenswear buying at Ssense, offered insight into some of the key trends expected to take centre stage in Italy.
She said: ‘Our SS25 buy will take shape as we go, but we’ll always come prepared with insights from the last season — for example, cool micro-trends that we think more designers will pick up on next season.
“What does that mean for spring? We’re looking for pieces that are playful but feminine; think contrasting materials, layering, sheerness, embroidery and embellishments.
‘On the flip side, we’re also looking for that stronger, empowering tomboy look and we’re hoping to see a lot of neckties.’
