Shannon Bennett and Madeleine West have sold their home in Kensington, Melbourne for $2.265million.

As reported by Realestate.com.au on Sunday, the new owners of the five-bedroom property on Bruce Street are believed be a young professional couple.

The home is an elegant mix of classic and contemporary, featuring landscaped gardens, a lap pool and an alfresco dining area with its own wood fired pizza oven.

While living at the address, Shannon, 43, and Madeleine, 38, enlisted architect Nicholas Murray to renovate their 1889 brick home.

The property boasts five bedrooms, a luxury ensuite and steam room.

The new owners can also enjoy the spacious, marble-tiled main bathroom, complete with a spa.   

One of the highlights of the home is the Poggenpohl chef’s kitchen complete with start-of-the-art Miele appliances.

Other standout features include landscaped gardens, Polly Courtin paintings, a lap pool, and a children’s garden and playhouse. 

CoreLogic records reveal Shannon and Madeleine also sold another home in Lorne, Victoria in October 2018 for $4.025million, as well as their South Yarra property for $9.78million in late 2017. 

Former Neighbours star Madeleine confirmed the couple’s split in September 2018, after 13 years together.

She told Stellar magazine last year they were ‘striving to reconnect as friends and parents’, adding that having six children put a strain on their relationship. 

The estranged couple, who began dating in 2004 but never married, are parents to Phoenix, Hendrix, Xascha, Xanthe, Xahlia and Margaux.

Shortly before the break-up, celebrity chef Shannon got the names of his partner and six children tattooed across his chest.
