The actress welcomed her second child, a baby girl named Rome, with longtime partner Matte Babel, at the end of May.

And on Saturday, Shay Mitchell, 35, channeled The Matrix and flashed a glimpse of her abs in an edgy all-black outfit during Milan Fashion Week, as she attended the Bally catwalk show.

The Pretty Little Liars star strutted along in a cut-out crop top and wide-leg trousers, with a long black leather coat draped over her shoulders. 

Shay’s sexy basque-style stop featured a cross-over design and wrapped dominatrix inspired belts, which offered a glimpse of her taut midriff.

The star strutted her stuff in pin-striped trousers and sleek pair of pointed classic black stilettos. 

Her leather coat billowed as she strolled along while carrying her belongings in a silver fishnet bag.

Shay styled her auburn tresses into a sleek half-up do as she shielded her eyes with angular shades and accessorised with hoop earrings.

welcomed her second bundle of joy with her longtime partner Matte Babel back at the end of May.

The couple, who has been linked since 2017, also share two-year-old Atlas Noa. 

‘I feel awesome. I feel really, really good. It definitely takes a village. I’m really lucky my parents are in town and everybody’s been really helpful,’ revealed Shay after welcoming her second baby. 

Noting that Atlas ‘is loving being a big sister,’ the actress added: ‘She is so excited. She’s been incredible. She helps me change diapers and it’s good — she loves it.’

Shay first announced she was expecting her second baby in February with an emotional Instagram post.

The You star detailed the difficult experience of celebrating her baby on the way while mourning the loss of her grandmother at the same time.

‘Saying goodbye to a loved one while simultaneously experiencing the joy of welcoming another into this world is the great cycle of life.

‘It is also my most challenging season to date,’ the actress wrote alongside topless photos that show off her baby bump.
