Sheikh Jassim is seen in a rare photo on his father’s Instagram as the Qatari billionaire’s talks over a Manchester United takeover continue to advance
- Manchester United are reportedly considering giving Sheikh Jassim exclusivity

A rare photo of Sheikh Jassim has emerged on social media as the Qatari billionaire continues his move to try and buy Manchester United this summer.
Sheikh Jassim and British billionaire Sir Jim Ratcliffe are waiting to discover who has won the long-running battle for control for the club.
The Premier League giants are negotiating with the Qatari-led consortium in what is being reported as a £4.7million-plus deal.
According to Reuters, Sheikh Jassim’s bid is being viewed more favourably than Ratcliffe’s and could be granted exclusivity.
And his father took to Instagram on Thursday night to share an image with his three sons.

‘With the boys Jassim, Saheem bin Khalid and Fahad,’ he wrote alongside the image.
The Glazer family owners would be selling up completely as part of the Qatari deal, while Ratcliffe’s bid would see the unpopular Americans retain a minority interest in the club.
United’s share price rocketed last week in anticipation of a deal.
Manchester United are reportedly considering giving Sheikh Jassim exclusivity
If the exclusivity period is given, United could not negotiate with any other bidder, though it is unclear how long this period could last.
However, Reuters added that a new bid from Ratcliffe could hinder Jassim’s attempt to secure exclusivity.
