A religious zealot has been assaulted in broad daylight by a passerby who didn’t want to hear what he was preaching.
A barefoot woman was captured by local shoppers approaching the radical Christian crusader on Boxing Day in Geelong, before unleashing her own brand of righteousness.
Police were called in to subdue the fight, before the shoe-less woman retreated via bus, the Geelong Advertiser reported.

The woman initially spouts verbal abuse at the preacher as she approached, attracting the attention of everyone nearby.
She then runs at the man, shoving him to the ground before chasing him around the plaza on the corner of Little Malop Street and Moorabool Street.
A large crowd gathered to watch the spectacle, but one audience member intervened when the woman raised her clenched fists.
She then managed to shake off the good samaritan, before again charging at the evangelist, who had to use his Bible as a shield.
Victorian police eventually arrived and escorted the woman away from her religious adversary.
The Christian supporter chose not to press any charges, and police are familiar with the woman.
