An impatient P-plater in a $150,000 four-wheel-drive has been caught skipping the queue at a busy intersection with an illegal manoeuvre. 

Shocking footage shows the inexperienced driver force his way through a red light and into busy traffic along Parramatta Road at Strathfield, in Sydney’s inner west. 

The driver of the white Range Rover Sport was captured on dashcam pulling up behind the queue of waiting vehicles on Mosely Street before losing patience.

The P-plater’s luxury four-wheel-drive, which is a 2018 model, retails for $150,000.

After a few seconds the four-wheel-drive can be seen swerving out of the notorious bottlekneck of cars, veering across double white lines and driving on the wrong side of the road.

The driver of the Range Rover can then be seen forcing his way into the busy traffic. 

Footage of the incident, which has been shared on The Ray Hadley Morning Show Facebook page, has left many social media users stunned.

‘Interesting move from a novice driver. In an expensive vehicle too. Mummy and Daddy might not approve,’ one person said.

‘P-plater and Range Rover. The two biggest clowns on the road,’ another person said.

‘This is how a lot of P platers drive……they believe the P stands for privileged!’
