Two thugs have been caught on film stealing from a blind busker as he played his guitar on a busy high street.

Police have arrested two men after the theft in Bangor in Gwynedd, northwest Wales, on Wednesday afternoon.

In the footage two men can be seen lurking near the busker and his guide dog before swooping in and rummaging through his guitar case.

One of the men bends over and rummages through the busker’s guitar case before scooping up a handful of coins

One of the men bends down and scoops up a bundle of coins with both hands. The other then does the same.

The pair then appear to hand some of the money to the street performer.

It is not clear from the video if they pocket any of the cash themselves, but police said they were treating the incident as a theft.
