The pair continue to struggle as other students watch on in shock and scream their reactions.

Eventually, Mrs. Ferguson pins the girl to the ground while students crowd around the two.

Recalling the fight, student Nicholas Aguilar said he could hear screams from a nearby classroom.

‘I was next door in another class, and I heard arguing. And then that’s when all the students were screaming and running out of the class,’ he said.

Miami-Dade Public School officials revealed that the female student was not supposed to be in that classroom at that time.

It’s unclear what started the brawl, but officials say the sophomore student involved may face criminal charges and will be disciplined according to school protocol.
