  • A NSW man has been arrested and charged with ‘up-skirting’ in Woolworths  
  • The 37-year-old was allegedly caught in the act and approached by security
  • Police confiscated his phone and allegedly found footage of several women 

A man was allegedly caught ‘up-skirting’ several women at a Woolworths store in Sydney’s CBD on Sunday. 

The 37-year-old, from Hornsby, was arrested and taken to Day Street Police Station where he was charged with filming a person’s private parts without consent.  

A shopper allegedly witnessed the accused ‘up-skirting’ a woman and alerted security.  

A man was allegedly caught ‘up-skirting’ several women at a Woolworths store in Sydney’s CBD on Sunday (stock) 

Sydney City police were patrolling the area when they were alerted to an altercation between the supermarket security staff and the man. 

Police allege they found at least seven videos on the man’s phone which were related to women in the supermarket that day.   

He was granted strict conditional bail and will appear in Downing Centre Local Court on March 3.
