Greggs lovers piled into Primark in Newcastle city centre this morning to get their hands on the new pastry themed clothing range which hit the shop today.
The high street bakery and the budget fashion retailer collaborated on an 11-piece fashion range which launched today in 60 Primark stores in the UK, and will be available until stocks last.
T-shirts, tracksuit bottoms, bucket hats, underwear, socks and sliders all feature in the line, with prices ranging from £7 to £16.
A massive queue formed on Northumberland Street before 8am with fans eager not to miss out on the collaboration between the famous store and much loved bakery.
Many clutched food and drink from Greggs, of which there are 29 in Newcastle, as they waited for the doors to open.

Bakery branded t-shirts, hats, jogging bottoms, sweatshirts and trainers flew off the shelves of the cut price clothing giant, with fears the shop may run out.
Teenage warehouse operative Edward Finn had undertaken a mammoth journey from his home town of Worcester to get his hands on a t-shirt emblazoned with a vegan sausage roll.
The 18-year-old said: ‘I made a 12 hour journey in a storm to get here yesterday. It was that important to me to get a Greggs t-shirt.
‘The Primark in Worcester isn’t selling the range, so I decided to come to Newcastle.
‘I absolutely love Greggs. I do nightshifts and it’s one of the few places that is open when I finish at about 6am.

The line of shoppers went all the way down the street, with people excited to buy Greggs branded loungewear, hats, and underwear

Liam Turnbull (33) picked up two t-shirts from the highly-anticipated collaboration between Greggs and Primark
He bought himself two t-shirts, one with a vegan sausage roll on it and the other showcasing the bakery’s logo and blue branding.
The 33-year-old said: ‘This collaboration is fantastic for the North East.
‘I think it’s a really interesting idea and I wanted to be here early because I was worried about missing out.
‘I am into designer clothes, and wouldn’t usually shop at Primark, but I was happy to make an exception for a couple of Greggs t-shirts.
‘I was very eager to get my hands on them. The vegan sausage roll is iconic.’
The fashion range follows the brands announcing their new 130-seat ‘Tasty by Greggs’ café in Primark Birmingham
According to Greggs, the café, which opened last week, ‘features a one-of-a-kind self-serve coffee cart, Sugar Strand Doughnut seating booths, flying Sausage Rolls and an Instagram area complete with a doughnut swing for customers to capture those Insta-worthy snaps’.
Greggs business development director Raymond Reynolds said: ‘Our “Tasty by Greggs” café will be the first of its kind, and will offer an exciting Greggs experience, underpinned by the great products and service that’s already delivered across all of our shops.’
Tim Kelly, director of new business development at Primark, added: ‘We’re thrilled to have teamed up with Greggs to bring the Tasty Cafe to our Birmingham store and give fans of the brand the chance to get their hands on the limited-edition clothing range.’
