Sienna Miller keeps it casual in knitted coat and joggers

She recently wrapped her critically acclaimed run in West End play Cat On A Hot Tin Roof.

And Sienna Miller looked to be enjoying a break from her jam-packed schedule as she stepped out in New York City on Tuesday.

The fresh-faced actress, 35,  showed off her natural beauty as she stepped out in the windy Big Apple, clad in a casually chic ensemble of a brown knitted coat, black top and dove grey jogging bottoms.

Forgoing the heels for the occasion the Layer Cake star slipped on some box-fresh trainers for her day pounding the pavements.

The blonde beauty wore her blonde locks loose and straight for her outing with her sparkling eyes hidden behind dark shades.

Sienna was spotted solo although she has recently been seen out with her ex fiance Tom Sturridge.

And speaking to Harper’s Bazaar, Sienna recently admitted she and Tom- who split in 2015 after a three-year engagement – often stay at each other’s houses as part of a bid to give their five-year-old daughter Marlowe a loving family unit.

The Alfie star said: ‘Everybody will stay over or we’ll all go on holiday and that’s because we genuinely want to be around each other. It’s great for our daughter that she has two parents who love each other and are friends.

‘He’s definitely my best friend in the entire world,’ she told Harper’s Bazaar.

The laidback ensemble was a far cry from the glamorous and glittering ballgowns favoured by Sienna’s alter-ego Maggie, for which she won rave reviews in the hit play.

The Benedict Andrews’ directed play centres around the sexual tension between Maggie (Miller) and her alcoholic husband Brick (played by Jack O’Connell).

The screen star’s appearance came after she broke her silence on the Harvey Weinstein sex abuse scandal after more than 30 women in the film business accused the disgraced movie mogul, 65, of sexual harassment.

Sienna publicly spoke out about the Weinstein scandal earlier this month, taking to her Instagram account to voice her solidarity with the women affected.

She wrote: ‘Having worked many times with the Weinstein Company, I feel compelled to comment on the horrendous allegations that have come to light over the past few days.’

‘I was fortunate to never have been subjected to sexual harassment or advances by Harvey Weinstein, but I stand in absolute solidarity with those who were.’

She added: ‘Emma Thompson put it perfectly when she said, “What we need to start talking about is the crisis in masculinity, extreme masculinity, which is this sort of behavior, and the fact that it is not only ok, but is also represented by the most powerful man in the world right now”.’
