Sienna Miller welcomed her second child earlier this year at the age of 42.
And the actress tells this week’s issue of Stellar Magazine that she could not recommend late motherhood more highly.
The American Sniper star welcomed a baby girl, whose name she has not revealed, with boyfriend Oli Green in January.
‘My own experience of motherhood 12 years later is completely different’ the British star told the publication.
‘I’m a very different person. People often have lots to say about having babies in your 40s as women, but I can’t advocate for it more. I feel very lucky.’
Sienna went on to say that she has found it easy to balance motherhood and her career.
‘I’ve just finished maternity leave. My baby is eight months old. It’s great, since this whole focus on the female experience in Hollywood, I can take my baby everywhere and they’ll have to stop filming for me’ she said.
‘I’m still breastfeeding. I’ve been pumping and sending milk back to the hotel, and you just make it work’ Sienna continued.

‘I’m equally fulfilled by both things. And I’m lucky that I’m in a job where I can have my baby at work.’
Sienna, 42, and Oli, 27, were first linked in February 2022 and welcomed their baby daughter together eight months ago.
Speaking to Harper’s Bazaar about Oli, Sienna said: ‘I didn’t expect to take it seriously and then quite quickly, I fell in love. I wasn’t like, “I’m gonna get a younger boyfriend.” It was more, “F*ck! Why are you young? That’s so annoying”.’
‘There is a difference in the way that generation of men respect women. It’s specific to him, he is very wise and well-adjusted, but I do believe it’s also that generation.
‘They have grown up with a slightly more level playing field. I see it in his female friends as well as in the men.’

As well as the eight-month old she shares with Oli, she has daughter Marlowe, 12, with her ex partner Tom Sturridge.
In the candid interview Sienna said having her second child has been a ‘cathartic, healing experience’.
The blonde beauty said: ‘I’m in heaven. It’s been a cathartic, healing experience, which sounds woo-woo, but it’s grounded in a way that reflects the life that I want to be living.’
She explained that the 11-year age gap between her daughters is, ‘actually quite useful because one is tiny and portable, and the other is becoming increasingly independent.’
Speaking about Marlowe, who walked the Cannes red carpet with her mother earlier this year, Sienna said: ‘She’s so stylish and very critical.’
‘She’s like a young Anna Wintour in her total disdain for some of the things I wear.’
‘I’m a very different person. People often have lots to say about having babies in your 40s as women, but I can’t advocate for it more. I feel very lucky’ she said. Sienna showed off her baby bump at the Vogue World in December, before giving birth a month later to a baby girl
Sienna is currently promoting her new movie – Kevin Costner ‘s western epic, Horizon: An American Saga.
Embracing being a mother again in her early forties , Sienna is undergoing a renaissance with fans and commentators declaring that the British actress has ‘never looked better’ despite the demands of work and having a young family.
Brand and Culture Expert Nick Ede told MailOnline that he predicts that Sienna could be about to ‘steal the crown to become the UKs biggest Hollywood star’.
He said: ‘Sienna’s been looking after herself and got herself red carpet ready knowing this is going to be her big return to the big screen and knowing all eyes will be on her. She’s done everything right and she commands The Croisette’ – the beating heart of Cannes.
Sienna’s breakthrough roles came 20 years ago in Layer Cake and Alfie – but despite winning plaudits for American Sniper her acting career hasn’t consistently hit the same heights.
Experts are predicting that 2024 is the year she is stepping out of the shadows having been eclipsed for years by boyfriends such as Jude Law and Orlando Bloom as well as rumoured lovers Leonardo DiCaprio, Daniel Craig and Brad Pitt.
