And on Friday, Simon Cowell, 60, continued to proudly display his two stone weight loss with his shirt unbuttoned to reveal his hairy chest as he arrived at the X Factor studios in London.
The music boss modelled the results of his strict vegan diet as he strolled along in jeans and a crisp white shirt with the top three buttons left undone.

Simon stepped out in a simple pair of shiny black shoes as he continued to show off his newly-slender figure.
Flashing a huge smile, Simon appeared to be in a great mood, giving a thumbs up as he sauntered along.
Showcasing his recent weight loss – which he credits to the plant-based diet – the music manager shielded his eyes with a classic pair of shades.
His appearance will no doubt remind fans of his previously ridiculed penchant for plunging necklines and high-rise trousers.

In 2016, the X Factor mogul has admitted what has been obvious to millions for years: he doesn’t have a clue about fashion.
Cowell confessed in a Radio 2 interview that he didn’t actually realise how high-waisted his trousers were.
He says: ‘When I first went on TV – and boy did I get some stick for it – I didn’t even think about it. Then Ant or Dec picked up on the fact that I was wearing these really embarrassing trousers.
‘Of course it got picked up in the press and then I looked at the picture and I thought, “Christ they were right”. I didn’t know what I was doing and so that stopped.’

Meanwhile, the Britain’s Got Talent judge admitted during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in September that he drastically changed his diet so he could keep up with son Eric, five.
He said: ‘I went to see this doctor in London. We did some tests. And then a month later he said, ‘You have the worst diet I’ve ever met from any patient.’
‘So I went, ‘Okay, out of the smoking, the drinking, and diet, what do I have to drop?’ And he said, ‘The diet.’ So I said, ‘I’m in!’

‘It was easier than I thought, and part of the reason I did it was because of Eric. I realised if I didn’t sort myself out physically, I wouldn’t be able to catch up with him.
‘Because the minute he gets up to the minute he goes to sleep … their energy, you forget, at five years old, is phenomenal.’
Simon previously said he’d named his diet the Eric Cowell diet after his son, because the youngster loves to munch on raw vegetables.
He said: ‘It’s like the Eric diet because he actually, apart from ice cream, he actually likes water. I mean, who likes water? And his raw vegetables. So I’m on like, the Eric Cowell diet.’
