In one Wisconsin home, the family that poops together stays together.

The house, which has hit the market in South Milwaukee for an asking price of $450,000, has six bedrooms, two full baths, one half-bath, and one very, very unique bathroom with not one but four toilets.

The toilets are not even separated by stalls, but are rather lined up side-by-side, mere inches apart, offering not even a modicum of privacy to whomever may use them.

Images show the rather large bathroom decorated with plants, white curtains, and a gallery wall of artwork.

But not even the most skilled interior designer could distract from the fact that the room has four separate toilets lined up in a row.

The toilets are so close together that a family of four could conceivably all use them at once while holding hands.

The room also has four sinks line up on the opposite wall, illustrating that while privacy might not have been a priority for the designer, hygiene certainly was.

The existence of the four-toilet bathroom is particularly odd given that it’s located inside a private home, and that the other bathrooms all appear to be normal, single-person rooms.

The rest of the 3,913-square-foot house is also unremarkable. Described as a ‘stately Milwaukee home’ built by the Fowle family in 1851, it has hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, a screen porch and covered patio, and a complete apartment in the rear.

‘The home is rich with history and charm that has been maintained throughout even as modern touches have been added,’ says the listing.

Though the listing refers to ‘new plumbing,’ it offers no explanation for the quadruple toilet layout.

The realtor, Jane Dichristopher of Mahler Sotheby’s International Realty, has explained to WTRF that when the house was built, it didn’t have the four-toilet bathroom.

It was added by the Girl Scouts, to whom the owners donated the home around 1920 or 1930.

While the Girl Scouts add the ‘infamous bathroom’ to suit their needs, though, Dichristopher did not say whether there had been dividers or stalls at one point — and if there had been, why they had been removed.

Earlier this month, photos of the house were shared by the popular Instagram account Zillow Gone Wild, where commenters were flabbergasted by the design.

‘When the burrito hits everyone at the same time,’ wrote one.

‘My toddler who won’t leave me alone designed this bathroom,’ quipped another.

‘I’ve had nightmares like this,’ wrote a third, while a fourth said: ‘In no scenario do I ever want an opportunity to poop with friends.’

Yet another speculated that the ‘bathroom was built in the sims,’ while one more guessed: ‘Someone’s been copying and pasting in the bathroom again.’

‘I wonder if there’s assigned seating,’ wondered another commenter.

The viral attention has meant realtor Dichristopher has seen more interest in the property.

‘I have had a ton of people reach out to me, and we did initially have a lot of showings due to the marketing… and the commodes,’ she said.
