Sir Cliff Richard has put his villa in Barbados up for sale – just a year after putting his Berkshire apartment on the market and halving the asking price of his Portuguese vineyard.
The beautiful six-bedroom mansion, which boasts sea views, is in the upscale Sugar Hill Resort on the west coast of the island. The price tag for the luxury home has not been revealed, but similar properties in the area sell for around £2.5million.
News of the sale emerged just two weeks after a judge warned Sir Cliff that details of his personal finances might be revealed during a High Court battle with the BBC.
Last year Sir Cliff, 77, sold his Berkshire apartment which he said has been ‘defiled’ by a televised police raid after he was accused of historical sex abuse. He was never arrested or charged.

The property in Sunningdale, Berkshire, was put on the market after it was invaded by police investigating historical sexual abuse claims against the Christian pop star and sold for £2.9million in June 2016.
And then in April this year Sir Cliff almost halved the asking price for his 11-bedroom house and Portuguese vineyard.
The Mistletoe And Wine singer, 77, was originally seeking £8million for his award-winning winery in Albufeira, but dropped the price to £5.5m earlier this year and lowered it again to just £4.6m.
The villa in Barbados features a powder room, large covered terrace with formal dining area, informal seating areas, bar, tennis courts, a large swimming pool and a pool house which offers a second kitchen and dining table for casual eating.

The Portuguese vineyard – which sees 11 bedrooms split across two mansions – provides spectacular views over the vineyards and down the Algarve coastline.
The property which he sold is Sir Cliff’s winery business, not his Portugal home which is nearby.
Sir Cliff’s bottles of Mediterranean wine, Vida Nova, have been produced on the 60,000 square metre since 2001 by neighbours Nigel and Lesley Birch.

After putting it up for sale last year, Sir Cliff said: ‘It is time to slow down the treadmill and hand over the dream to someone who can dedicate more time to this wonderful venture than we can.
‘Creating and establishing the winery has been a truly exhilarating and rewarding experience. It has been hard work but we are immensely proud of what has been achieved here.’
Sir Cliff said that the Algarve home helped him ‘survive great despair’ after his home in Sunningdale was raided by police following sexual assault accusations dating between 1958 and 1983.
‘It was here that I had the most terrible time of my life, but it was also here that I had the most beautiful time when it all ended,’ he wrote the Sunday Times. ‘This place was such a haven for me. It didn’t change the despair, but I’d rather have been despairing here than anywhere else.’

A source said earlier this year: ‘He loves Portugal but he wants a quick sale.’
The larger of the two properties has four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large lounge and dining room, full central heating with a log burning fire and a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast area.
Sir Cliff is suing the BBC over coverage of a raid at his apartment in Sunningdale in August 2014.
Mr Justice Mann issued the warning at the latest in a series of preliminary hearings at the High Court in London after lawyers representing Sir Cliff asked him to bar journalists from having access to part of a document which contained personal financial details.

He said the details contained in the document would remain private at this stage of the litigation, but added the position may change at a trial.
Lawyers representing the singer say he has suffered ‘profound and long-lasting’ damage.
BBC editors have said they will ‘defend ourselves vigorously’ and a spokesman said the BBC had reported Sir Cliff’s ‘full denial of the allegations at every stage’.
Lawyers have told how, in late 2013, a man made an allegation to the Metropolitan Police, saying he had been sexually assaulted by Sir Cliff at Sheffield United’s Bramall Lane football stadium, in Sheffield, when a child in 1985.

Metropolitan Police officers passed the allegation to South Yorkshire Police in July 2014.
Sir Cliff denied the allegation and in June 2016 prosecutors announced that he would face no charges. Sir Cliff had also sued South Yorkshire Police.
But the judge has been told that dispute was settled after the force agreed to pay the singer ‘substantial’ damages.
Sir Cliff is planning on celebrating his 60th anniversary in the music industry with a series of concerts in Ireland, the UK and Denmark in September and October 2018.
