Sister and brother display VERY different reactions to pink rabbit onesies

Who’s a happy bunny? Sister and brother display VERY different reactions to their new pink rabbit onesies in mother’s hilarious video

  • Karen Strub, from Portland in Oregon, films her children as they try on new outfit
  • Her daughter Emma, two, jumps excitedly on her bed in the fluffy pink bunny suit
  • Finn, four, appears unimpressed with costume and stares blankly into distance

A sister and brother were caught on camera displaying hilariously different reactions to their newly-gifted pink bunny costumes.

Karen Strub, from Portland in Oregon, decided to film her children Finn and Emma after they tried on the fluffy onesies their aunt had sent them in the mail.

Amusing footage shows Emma, two, jumping excitedly on her bed and giggling towards the camera as the costume’s bunny ears bounce up and down with her.

But when the camera pans across the room to reveal four-year-old Finn, the mood could not be more different.

Unlike his ‘ecstatic’ sister, Finn is stood perfectly still as he stares blankly into the distance in apparent dismay at his new outfit.

The footage, which was shared online earlier this month, has gained more than 120,000 views and 14,000 likes.

Physical therapist Ms Strub said: ‘My sister mailed the costumes to the kids to add to their collection. I wanted to get a picture of them wearing the new suits to send back to her as a “thank you”.

‘Emma was ecstatic and literally bounced everywhere. Finn didn’t complain but didn’t seem as thrilled. Finn wasn’t too happy in the video but generally loves other costumes.

‘Those that know Finn think it’s hilarious because he generally is so happy and is usually the one asking to put on a costume to go to the grocery store or the park.

‘I always get a similar reaction from Finn on film when it comes to the pink bunny. They are both happy kids who love dressing up.

‘I think for some people [the video] shows two very different personalities or the reality of trying to take a picture of toddlers.’
