So, it’s no surprise Karl Stefanovic had a spring in his step when he showed off his incredible 10kg weight loss on Friday.
The Today show host flaunted his trim physique as he ran errands in Double Bay.

The 47-year-old opted for a casual and cosy outfit during his stroll, sporting a pair of tracksuit pants and a fitted black T-shirt.
He also had a pair of trendy bright red sneakers on his feet and accessorised with some new age beaded bracelets.
Earlier this year, Karl pledged to lose 10 kilograms in 10 weeks on the Today show, after tipping the scales at 105kg.

And last month, the presenter was well on the way to achieving his goal after a weigh-in revealed that he had lost 5kg in the first five weeks of the challenge.
While his pledge was to lose 10kg, Karl said that he didn’t want to stop there and is hoping to lose a total of 15kg to reach his goal weight of 90kg.
‘I started at 105kg, the heaviest I’ve ever been and it was incredibly embarrassing,’ Karl said as he spoke to obesity expert Dr. Nick Fuller, who is helping him on his fitness journey.
‘I’d like to get down to 90kg at the end of all this. You don’t think that is important but for me, it’s a big psychological thing.’

Karl welcomed a daughter, Harper May, with wife Jasmine Yarbrough back in May.
Earlier this month, he was surprised on air when his co-host Allison Langdon shared adorable footage of the newborn.
‘Before we go, I have got a surprise for you. Because we have been sent in a video from two of our favourite viewers this morning – Jasmine and Harper,’ Ally announced.
‘Oh, what!’ exclaimed a shocked but delighted Karl.

The tiny tot appeared on-screen in a sweet pink patterned jumpsuit.
‘Who is the cutest baby in the world? Me,’ Jasmine gushed.
She added: ‘Who kept mummy up all night?’
Back in the studio, Allison and entertainment reporter Brooke Boney also marvelled over the sweet newborn.
‘Oh that is a face you can’t be mad at for a second,’ said Allison.
Brooke added: ‘She’s so cute’.
Mother-of-two Allison then apologised to Jasmine Yarbrough for her lack of sleep the previous night.
‘I’m sorry Jas you got no sleep last night. Karl is on his way home now and you can take the day off,’ she said.
