And in the hours since, many have flocked to Twitter with their reactions to the damning video, some with an amusing outlook.
One person shared a photo of what appeared to be the same plate Nadia used in the video and wrote: ‘Put your $1.50 Kmart plates out for Nadia Bartel #shadowpandemicvic #dictatordan #NoPlanDan.’

There were a number of Victorians who were more frustrated that the WAG and her friends flouted the state’s restrictions on gatherings.
There were many light hearted tweets reacting to the footage including one who wrote: ‘This p**ses me off so much. Nadia Bartel is 35. No one goes to parties after they turn 30’
‘These actions appear to be a direct contravention of the rules forbidding gatherings in homes. One rule for them and another for the rest of us,’ they said.
However, there were a number that sympathised with the fashion entrepreneur.
‘We’ve been in a pandemic for 18 months, if Nadia Bartel wants to snort a mysterious white powder off a plate and video herself and put in on Instagram I honestly think we can’t judge,’ they said.

The three second video of Bartel was accidently uploaded to Instagram by her friend and business partner Ellie Pearson.
It begins with the fashion and beauty influencer appearing to lean over the plate with a rolled-up banknote in her left nostril as she presses her right nostril.
She then snorted the substance as one of the women watches on.

Nadia has since issued a post shared to Instagram on Friday afternoon, the AFL wag wrote: ‘Hi everyone, I have let you all down by my actions.
‘I take full responsibility and I am committed to taking all necessary steps to ensure I make better choices in future.
‘To my family and friends, my business partners and the public health workers trying to keep us all safe, I am embarrassed and remorseful.

‘I am truly and deeply sorry. I hope I can earn your forgiveness and, in time, your trust.’
Bartel has turned off comments on her Instagram posts after the video was leaked.
She has also updated her Instagram bio to remove any reference to her companies, Henne and Spray Aus, perhaps because they were being targeted by trolls.
