American model Mary Magdalene became a social media sensation after undergoing surgery to have the world’s ‘fattest vagina’.
And now the 25-year-old has shared throwback photos of herself from before she spent more than $100,000 on extreme plastic surgery.
Most of the images were taken while Mary was working as an exotic dancer and saving her money to fund future procedures.

She boasts a sleeve of tattoos in most of the pictures, but it’s a far cry from her current inkings, which cover most of her body, neck, and even parts of her face.
Her lips are noticeably thinner and in some pictures she even wore braces to straighten her teeth, which she would later replace with veneers.
Another photo shows a fresh-faced Mary with cropped blonde hair giving a thumbs-up to the camera after baking a loaf of bread.
‘During one of my lesbian phases, one of my hobbies was baking bread,’ she captioned the image.
‘I would literally spend all day baking stuff from scratch and jumping rope.
‘I have no idea how to cook or bake now but I want to get back into baking I remember I thought it was so much fun.’

Mary has undergone countless plastic surgery procedures over the years, including an operation to inflate her vagina that almost killed her.
The heavily tattooed model had her first procedure done at the age of 21, when she was working as a stripper and escort.
Over the years, her surgeries have included a brow lift, fat transfers, multiple nose and boob jobs, veneers, liposuction, butt injections and three Brazilian butt lifts.
‘I like to look really trashy and cheap and s****y,’ she told the No Jumper podcast in September.

She rebelled at age 12 when she became sexually active and started doing drugs.
’12, 13, were the wildest, s****iest years of my life,’ she told No Jumper last year.
‘I was doing lines of cocaine. I was going to school drunk, this and that, in grade seven and eight.’

At one point, she boasted more than a million followers on TikTok before her account was deleted for violating the site’s content guidelines.
‘Luckily, because of [OnlyFans] I was able to stop dancing and escorting, which was making me depressed, so now I’m blessed enough to just live off that,’ she said.
On the side, Mary is a professional artist, painting distorted, multi-coloured self-portraits that she sells online.

‘I almost died during [the] procedure. I had to get two blood transfusions. The doctor said I was losing so much blood, and turning very pale. He thought I was going to die,’ she previously told The Sun.
Explaining the bizarre procedure on No Jumper, Mary said she wanted her nether regions to look ‘inflated’ so she could have ‘the world’s fattest vagina’.
‘So basically there’s this contraption that you use and it sucks your p***y and then it makes it very inflated, so I told the doctor that I just want it permanently to look like that,’ she said.

Her vagina isn’t the only enlarged part of her body, with Mary also sporting extreme butt and breast implants.

‘I can just keep growing it,’ she said. ‘I’m gonna keep growing and growing. Until I die, I don’t care. For me there’s not an end point.’
Mary went under the knife yet again this week, this time to get a fourth nose job so her nose would look like Barbie’s, along with ‘cat-eye surgery’ to achieve a slanted eye.

Documenting the process on Instagram, the American model boasted that her ‘new face’ looks like a ‘forest fairy elf’.
‘My top lip is still not f**king moving at all from the surgery!’ she said in a short clip.
‘It’s still swollen from the nose surgery, so even talking is weird.’

In the image, she wore a custom T-shirt that stretched over her size 38J breast implants and listed all of her various cosmetic procedures.
‘Next week I have my eyebrow transplant, jaw and lips booked then my face will be complete,’ she captioned the photo.
‘I have to wear my nose Band-Aid for one more week but I already saw my nose yesterday without it and it looks perfect,’ she continued.

It’s believed that Mary flew to Russia for the surgeries because she was unable to get the extreme operations done in the United States.
