Los Angeles County law enforcement have arrested a man they were hoping to question after his parents were found dead in a suspected arson fire on Friday.
Ryan Michael Venti, 33, had been missing since the bodies of his parents – 75-year-old John and 66-year-old Linda Venti – were found at their Diamond Bar home last week.
He was arrested on Monday night, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

The couple were found in the home that all three shared on the 3600 block of Crooked Creek Drive at approximately 5am. A dog also died in the blaze

Authorities had been searching for Ryan so that they could question him about the house fire.
It is believed that the fire was set intentionally.

Los Angeles County Fire Department Captian Tony Imbrenda told NBC Los Angeles that the home had working fire detectors.
Ryan is believed to have suffered from mental health issues.
John and Linda’s death is being investigated as a double homicide.
