Rumours of a split between Sophie Monk and Stu Laundy continue to run rife, with the pair seemingly leading separate lives of late.

But The Bachelorettte couple attempted to put rumours to rest this week, by putting on a cringe worthy PDA at Sydney airport.

The pair kissed and cuddled outside the terminal on Tuesday.

However, their lingering kiss appeared quite awkward, with both holding their hands behind their back as they locked lips.

The sighting of the couple comes after Sophie recently spoke out about her relationship status with the wealthy businessman.

Playing MC for the McDonald’s Supercrew Awards over the weekend, the 37-year-old blonde bombshell jokingly said that the couple had ‘broken up’ and she was ‘pregnant’ and ‘married’.

Sophie has been spending time on the Gold Coast while Stu has been in Sydney.

The publican was spotted over the weekend too, attempting to keep under the radar at Sydney’s affluent suburb of Mosman on Saturday.

With Sophie no where to be seen, he purchased a newspaper from a local newsagent while in the midst of a ‘very deep phone conversation’.
