Sophie Tieman shows no signs of heartbreak as she steps out in Sydney

She’s reportedly set to be dumped by Nick ‘The Honey Badger’ Cummins during The Bachelor finale, which airs on Thursday.

But finalist Sophie Tieman, 25, showed no signs of heartbreak while stepping out for breakfast in Sydney’s Surry Hills on Monday.

The property valuer from Queensland looked carefree and in happy spirits as she shared a laugh with friends.

Laughter is the best medicine! Sophie Tieman shows no signs of heartbreak as she steps out in Sydney amid reports she will be dumped by Nick Cummins during The Bachelor finale

She showed off her toned figure while rocking chic spring fashion, including striped green shorts paired with a white singlet and oversized shirt.

Sophie completed the look with leopard-print sandals, tinted sunglasses and a black handbag.

Last week, Woman’s Day claimed fellow contestant Brittany Hockley wins the show and that Sophie will be named runner-up.

The magazine also reported that Nick has since dumped Brittany.

It comes amid speculation that Brittany, Sophie and Brooke Blurton, who reportedly leaves the show early, all unfollowed the former Wallabies star on Instagram.

A spokesperson for The Bachelor told Daily Mail Australia on Monday: ‘Brooke, Brittany and Sophie have never followed Nick on Instagram so to say they have unfollowed him is completely false. Cass followed Nick prior to The Bachelor.’

Interestingly, axed contestant Cassandra Wood, who is rumoured to be ‘secretly dating’ Nick now despite being axed from the show, still follows him online.

Cassandra’s sister Sammy and brother Will are also connected to the rugby star online, proving he’s still popular with her family despite kicking her off The Bachelor.

According to New Idea, Nick ended his relationship with the ‘winner’ – highly rumoured to be Brittany – following the finale and subsequently reached out to Cassandra.

Despite Brittany, Sophie and Brooke, the only remaining girls on the show, all unfollowing Nick, new posts on their profiles are still hyping the finale.

‘Where is the faith Sophie? Tune in next week to see me battle my ongoing challenges of opening up to Nick,’ a post by Sophie read on Saturday.

It is believed that these promotional uploads, usually containing exclusive Network Ten content, are uploaded by people working on the program and not the stars.

According to a close friend, Nick apparently ‘struggled emotionally’ after filming the last episodes in New Caledonia in late May and early June.

‘He didn’t expect things to end that way and wasn’t really prepared to have feelings for more than one person at a time,’ they told New Idea.

While Cassandra was supposedly reluctant at first to take Nick back, the insider claimed she eventually gave the rugby star a second chance.

‘She understands why he did what he did [by sending her home early]. She believes in fate and thinks this whole thing will just make them stronger,’ the source said.
