Amber Heard rejected the advances of Brody Jenner at a nightclub almost 20 years ago, Spencer Pratt said Thursday.
The reality star, 38, appearing on the Juicy Scoop podcast with Heather McDonald, recalled the incident in which his costar from The Hills was rebuffed in his effort to ask Heard out.
‘We were like 20 in a club … she’s 20, probably, also,’ the Los Angeles native said. ‘Brody and I go up, and Brody’s gonna hit on Amber.’

Pratt said that Heard had recently moved to Southern California from Texas and he and Jenner, 38, were ‘quizzing her.
‘He’s trying to, you know, date her or you know, go on a date – however Brody would like it worded,’ Pratt said.
Pratt, mentioning that he was paraphrasing the exchange, said that Heard rejected Jenner’s advances quickly.
‘She’s like, “I’m not going on a date with you,”‘ Pratt said. ‘And he’s like, “Huh?” And she’s like, “I’m already dating a famous director, I’m gonna be a movie star – I wouldn’t dare go on a date [with you].”‘

The revelation came as part of a chat Heather McDonald and Pratt had on the podcast about the trial

Jenner told Heard in response that she should have a mole on her arm ‘removed because that looks cancerous,’ Pratt said, adding that Jenner ‘was serious’ in his statement.
Pratt said that the exchange was permanently ‘engrained in [his] brain.’
He said of Heard, ‘And to me, I see this now, I’m like, “She did it, she did it” not how she probably [intended] … from 19, came out here, I think she was a cowgirl, I think her dad was a cowboy, she said, I could be making this part up.’
Pratt said, ‘From the jump, she came out here with a mission,’ adding that a Google search revealed that she had dated a famous director.

‘She wasn’t kidding back then,’ Pratt said, adding that Heard wouldn’t have been interested in Jenner because he couldn’t help make her famous.
Heard has past dated director Alejandro Gomez Monteverde, who in June of 2016 told DailyMail.com that believed Heard’s allegations against Depp.
‘I doubt she’s lying,’ Monteverde said. ‘I mean that’s a big lie, that’s a big thing to say, if you’re not telling the truth I don’t think you would say something like that.
‘That’s a serious accusation, you can really damage somebody’s reputation. I’m really sad for her, I want the best for her, so it saddens me that she’s going through this, I don’t wish this on anybody. From what I know of her, she’s a good human being.’

The defamation trial between Depp, 46, and Heard continued this week in Virginia, as both were seen in court on Monday
Depp, 58, is suing Heard, 36, over defamation claims linked to a 2018 article she penned for the The Washington Post in which the Aquaman actress called herself a ‘public figure representing domestic abuse.’
Attorneys for the actress had sought to have the trial relocated to California, where both Depp and Heard live, but a judge ruled that the case was properly located in Virginia, where the newspaper’s online servers are based out of.
Depp in 2020 lost a libel case against the outlet The Sun over their reporting of the split, labeling him a ‘wife-beater;’ his efforts last year to overturn the decision were overruled.
Depp and Heard initially met filming the 2011 movie The Rum Diary and exchanged vows in 2015. They parted ways in May of 2016, at which time Heard looked to obtain a restraining order against the actor amid claims of domestic violence, which Depp denied. The former pair reached an out-of-court divorce settlement in August of 2016.
