Staff at Jeffrey Epstein’s ‘pedophile island’ say he has a secret safe

Jeffrey Epstein’s Caribbean home known as ‘pedophile island’ houses a secret steel safe that staff were not allowed anywhere near

  • Epstein owns a Caribbean island near St. Thomas where he would vacation
  • Staff who worked there say inside the main house were secretive offices
  • One contained a steel safe that no one was allowed to go near
  • They say that it likely contained more than money because he was so cautious about it
  • Investigators claim to have found a trove of photos of nude, underage girls at Epstein’s Upper East Side mansion

Inside the main house on Jeffrey Epstein’s Caribbean island is an office which contains a steel safe that the disgraced billionaire was cautious of around staff, it has been revealed.

The contents of the safe are unknown but workers say it likely contained more than money because Epstein was so worried about it being accessed.

Speaking to Bloomberg on Friday, one staffer said that aside from a housekeeper, no one was allowed inside the office.

The house on Little St. James sits empty now with Epstein in custody.

Aside from the main house, there is also a temple on the island.

The newly-waged New York indictment against Weinstein details alleged crimes in Florida and New York.

It does not say anything about him allegedly having sex with minors on the Caribbean island, but it has been separately claimed that he took girls there to have sex with them.

Sources say Epstein flew the girls into St. Thomas then shuttled them over to his island on a boat named after Ghislaine Maxwell, his ex-girlfriend and his alleged ‘madam’.

The boat was called Lady Ghislaine.

The former employee said that guests included Victoria’s Secret billionaire Les Wexner, who sold Epstein his Upper East Side home in the 1990s.

The staffer said that he had seen Victoria’s Secret models on the island.

There is also a temple on the island (shown). No one quite knows what it was used for

Whenever Epstein was there, normally for three to four days at a time, women would sunbathe either nude or topless by the pool as he padded around in shorts and flip flops, they said.

He said Epstein was fascinated with ‘pirate treasure’ and would offer $100 for an old bottle of Rum or $1,000 for an undamaged plate.

Epstein transferred his businesses from New York to the Caribbean and holds offices on the main island of St. Thomas.

In addition to Little St. James, he owns Great St. James – another nearby island, and homes in Paris, Palm Beach and New Mexico.

It remains unclear if police intend to search those homes as part of their investigation.

They have already plowed through the townhouse on East 71st street.

Epstein will return to court on Monday for a bail hearing. Prosecutors have asked that it be withheld, claiming he is a significant flight risk.
