Starbucks has delighted fans by announcing the return of the Pumpkin Spice Latte which will be available across the UK from next week.
The beloved autumnal beverage – made with Starbucks Espresso Roast, pumpkin pie flavoured sauce and steamed milk and topped with whipped cream, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves – will cost £3.55 and will be available in store, at drive-thrus and via UberEats and Just Eat.
Perhaps with the lacklustre summer sunshine to blame, the drink is launching earlier than ever. Last year, it landed on UK menus on 25th September.

It comes a day after high street favourite Greggs launched their own version of £1.95 popular autumnal drink.
While Starbucks first launched the drink in the US 17 years ago, British chains have created their own versions in recent years.
Embracing the US trend for autumnal drinks both Pret and Greggs both sold a Pumpkin Spice Latte last year, while Costa sold a ‘Bonfire Latte’.
Over the years, Starbucks has evolved the drink to align with shifting consumer trends, with diverse variations to cater to all preferences, including a vegan option and a cold brew.
This year is the first time pumpkin heads can customise the PSL with Starbucks™ Original Nut Blend for that ultimate seasonal, smooth sip.
Pairing two cult-menu items, Starbucks have also launched the the PSL Frappuccino. This cold option is a blend of the original PSL and the much-loved Frappuccino Blended Beverage.

The beloved PSL was launched in US and Canadian Starbucks stores last week, and is expected to be seen in the UK coffee shops soon.
Gregg’s beverage is made using Fairtrade Arabica and Robusta coffee beans from Peru, Colombia, and Tanzania, slow-roasted to create an extra-flavoursome brew.
Though Greggs is famous for menu items such as the Vegan Sausage Roll and Steak Bake, it’s coffee offering is equally as popular, selling 1.5m cups each week – more than 150 per minute.
To give customers the opportunity to beat the crowds and guarantee their first taste of Pumpkin Spice this year, Greggs has its very own click + collect service via its website and app.
It’s also available via Just Eat for customers who want to enjoy the spice at home
Hannah Squirrell, customer director at Greggs, told FEMAIL: ‘The return of the fan-favourite Pumpkin Spice Latte to our menu will no doubt delight our customers nationwide.
