A stepfather has live tweeted his 18-year-old stepson’s attempt to sneak a woman out of the house.
The popular Twitter user ‘Tricky-D’, noticed the young woman’s white shoes which ‘no one in this house’ has, Kidspot Australia reported.
The thread, which has been reposted more than 87,000 times, began: ‘So, my stepson has a girl upstairs in his room that stayed the night and my wife doesn’t know yet.

‘I’m curious on how he plans to smuggle her out now that the whole family is awake…and now we wait.’
Tricky-D, who is from America, said that his wife had gone into ‘full Saturday cleaning mode’ and detailed multiple opportunities where the stepson could have gotten her out but didn’t.
For instance when the mother was cleaning the bathroom or when she went to lay down to read.
‘I think they might be waiting it out,’ he tweeted at one point.

‘The wife usually lays down and reads after lunch, especially after cleaning her a** off all morning.’
He asked his Twitter fans who were following the saga if they could be waiting for that moment but added he had ‘no idea what they were thinking’.
However the young woman eventually walked downstairs to use the bathroom, to which the stepfather was in shock to see as it is ‘one of [the stepson’s] closest friends’.
Tricky-D wrote that he had no idea whether the mother saw the young woman go to the bathroom.
‘Omg this kid!! Nonchalant as f*** he casually strolls downstairs and grabbed those shoes and went back upstairs,’ the man tweeted.

‘Side eyeing me the whole way past. I shot him a little wink.’
Sure enough when the mother went into her room and read the young couple left, with the man jokingly tweeting that he needed a beer after that.
However a few days later he revealed the mother was not as oblivious as followers originally believed.
‘Factoid: Mom knew she was spending the night,’ he wrote five days later.
‘As they were close friends practically their whole lives of course they would never be physical like that.
‘Mom was actually worried I was going to notice and be upset since there is a pretty clear no sleepover rule.’
However she did find out about the raunchy escapades going on above their heads at 4am thanks to the stepfather’s Twitter thread.
‘That was a fun treat for her to find out after half Twitter already knew.’
