Stephanie Davis ‘begged Jeremy McConnell to visit her’

Stephanie Davis reportedly begged ex-boyfriend Jeremy McConnell to visit her at home as he awaited sentence for physically assaulting the actress, despite any contact being a breach of his restraining order.

McConnell, 27, was ordered to stay away from Stephanie, with whom he shares son Caben Albi, following his trial for an attack at her Liverpool property.

But the former Hollyoaks star, 24, is said to have contacted the heavily tattooed model both before and after his sentencing in a slew of emails and text messages, allegedly obtained by Sun Online.

In one such message, reportedly sent to members of McConnell’s family just 24 hours before his sentence, she ‘demands he call her’, while another is said to find Stephanie referring to herself as his ‘future wife.’

‘Your family loves you. Your son loves you. Your future wife loves you. Just make the move so we know you care,’ it allegedly reads.

The actress is also believed to have asked the Irish model to visit her home, despite him receiving a three-year restraining order following his trial in August 2017, telling him: ‘The door is open.’

A friend told The Sun: ‘Steph made out she’s never been in touch with Jeremy but that couldn’t be further from the truth.

‘She’s repeatedly approached him and begged him to visit her. Steph even said his late mother Val had told her to tell him to come to her house. It’s sick.

‘Jeremy wanted a clean break and after the court case in August he thought it would be over for good. But it was only the beginning.’

McConnell is understood to have responded on three separate occasions, breaking the terms of his restraining order in the process, but only to inform Stephanie that he could not visit her home and to ask if she had been drinking.

According to The Sun Stephanie’s messages became more persistent as she prepared to enter residential rehabilitation for alcoholism in the months following his trial.

In one, sent on November 14, she allegedly claims:  ‘I’ve lost SO much weight and was hoping you would call me.’

The messages come after McConnell allegedly joked about the assault on his ex during a ‘rough’ one-night stand with a mother-of-two.

The Mirror reports the model enjoyed a one-night-stand with a woman he met on Instagram and was said to have ‘laughed and joked’ about the attack on Stephanie, which left her with post-traumatic stress disorder, saying she ‘deserved it.’

The woman told the website: ‘He was laughing about the assault on Steph while I was there. And then he started laughing about the post traumatic stress disorder.’

‘He would make little remarks, something like, ‘she deserved it’, or ‘I’ll do that like I did to Steph’ kind of thing.

‘He talks about her so much. It was almost as though he was trying to get her back or something.’

She also claims the model, who has spoken only about his cocaine addiction, spoke about using the drug ‘later’ although he did not drink alcohol or do drugs when she was there.

McConnell’s representative declined to comment when approached by MailOnline.

Messages shared with the website appear to show him telling the woman his nose was still swollen, after hereportedly went under the knife for emergency surgery on his septum.

The woman blocked him on Instagram and said she went public with her story to warn others about ‘what he is like.’

In March, a court heard how McConnell had thrown the soap actress ‘around like a rag doll’ during the attack, and was handed a 20 week suspended sentence and 200 hours community service in August.

He was later sentenced to 18 weeks in prison after skipping out eight community service sessions while jetting off to Turkey for a hair and beard transplant.

McConnell recently spoke to The Sun about his well-documented cocaine addiction, revealing he would snort £200 worth of the Class A substance while doing ‘double-barrelled lines’.

The star underwent emergency surgery on his septum in Poland this month to repair the damage following years of drug abuse.

He said: ‘There were times when I would get £200, shove it up my nose and do double barrelled lines. We used to call them the M50 after the motorway in Dublin.

Stephanie and McConnell met and fell in love on Celebrity Big Brother two years ago, when the actress was already in a relationship.

Over the next year the couple’s turbulent relationship played out in the press before Stephanie fell pregnant.
