March and Flay separated in March 2015 after 10 years of marriage.
The pair battled acrimoniously for months over a clause in their prenuptial agreement that stipulated the actress would only receive $5,00-a-month alimony in the event that the marriage failed.
In the end, they resolved their differences privately and amicably, finalizing their divorce in July 2015.
March and Benton tied the knot September 3 at their home in Katonah, New York, surrounded by family and a few close friends.
