The 31-year-old Celebrity Big Brother winner was arrested at Heathrow Airport in January after being accused of recording himself having sex with his ex-girlfriend Georgia Harrison without her knowledge.
Now the reality star has now been charged with voyeurism, disclosing private, sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress, and harassment without violence.
Bear is due to appear at court on a date yet to be set, reports The Mirror.

It comes after the star reportedly moved back in with his parents following his revenge porn arrest.
In images obtained by The Sun, the reality TV star was seen outside of his mother and father’s home earlier this week, where he is believed to be ‘keeping a low profile’ after fleeing his home over death threat fears.

On living with Stephen Snr, 69, and mum Linda, 66, a source told the publication: ‘He’s been keeping quite a low profile since he’s been back home.
‘It’s very different to the person you seen on his YouTube videos where he acts like he’s king of the hill. If it wasn’t for that stupid over-sized car of his, you’d not know he was about.
‘We’re all keeping our heads down during lockdown so there’s not a lot we can do and he’s no different.’
Stephen is currently in a relationship with Tia McAlister, 18, a beauty therapist from Slough.
