Stimulating man’s feet with current can stop premature ejaculation

  • A trial of ‘tibial nerve stimulation’ discovered that tickling can stop the condition
  • Scientists found stimulating the ankle with a mild electric current is effective
  • The current passes up to other nerves in the pelvis that control sex muscles

Forget advice from so-called sexperts – the secret to making men better lovers may be to ‘tickle’ their feet.

Scientists have found that stimulating the ankle with a mild electric current can help banish premature ejaculation.

A trial of ‘tibial nerve stimulation’ on 30 men with the condition found it increased the duration of their love-making.

A new study has found that stimulating the ankle with a mild electric current can help banish premature ejaculation

The idea is the current passes up the tibial nerve to other nerves in the pelvis that control muscles used for sex.

Over time, this ‘retrains’ the muscles so they do not go into frequent spasm.

The results of the study by Yuksek Ihtisas Hospital in Turkey is published in European Urology.
