But Sara Davies proved she was remaining upbeat on Wednesday, beaming a wide smile following her appearance on BBC Morning Live.
The Dragons’ Den panelist, 37, looked radiant in the capital, donning an eye-catching purple coat layered over a Ghost London dress.

Her bouncy blonde locks showed evidence of a fresh blow-dry, coiffed into neat curls.

Prior to her appearance on the chat show, the businesswoman let her fans know just how much she was missing the Strictly ballroom by exhibiting her best moves backstage.
‘A bit of Strictly fitness in the @bbcmorninglive green room (what can I say…Was just missing the dancing too much!!)’ she teased.
This wasn’t the lone opportunity Sara took on Wednesday to lament leaving the long-running BBC show.

Sara began the caption by crediting the Slovenian dancer for being there for her.
‘So I’ve had a lovely couple of days down in London – having a big strictly-shaped void in your life is really tough and bless him Aljaž clearly understood that and did everything to help make it better!’ she admitted.

‘He’s taken me to lunch, for drinks, for dinner (more drinks…) and I’ve had the most wonderful couple of days reminiscing and reflecting on my amazing 10 weeks.
